I love this stereo
Plus, I have 3 CD's stuck in the &*%# thing. The second one had a defective woofer, would not turn on. My first GX99 was dead on arrival. This is the last of my Sony stereos. Now, after 8 months, this one has crapped out.It will turn on and immediately go into standby mode with a flashing I/O button. Yes, I have tried all the steps to 'reset' and such, hours on the phone with Sony support, only to find out I have to ship the entire system to Laredo, TX to have it fixed under warranty. Even though it sounded terrific when it was working, the former Sony quality is no longer there. I am VERY disappointed.*I have a large hammer to remove my CD's and then it will be trashed*
My brother-in-law has this system and it is incredible and awesome. Such sound from so small a source. I am buying it for myself as a birthday gift to me.
I like Sony products. The sound is very high quality. I really love this stereo.
Excellent stereo system. by the way i got this on sale at best buy for 160 bucks. looks great, sounds great, bass hits very well. i hooked this up to my sony vaio media pc and it sounds superb, blows away a regular computer speaker setup. althoguh i would have paid the regular price for it. great buy if you are looking for a good stereo system.
